Travel day to Boston. All flights will be booked to arrive to Boston by noon.

A reminder for those traveling from EMEA and the US West Coast, you are permitted to arrive on Monday, April 13th due to the length of travel.

You will be flying into Boston's Logan International Airport, located approximately 15 minutes from the hotel. All Uber pickups at Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) have moved to the Central Parking garage. To reach the pickup locations, head upstairs to the elevated pedestrian walkways and follow signs for Central Parking/Ride App Pickups. If you are arriving with co-workers we do ask to rideshare to the hotel together. Please note that you can submit this expense for reimbursement after the trip.

If you plan on driving here, we ask that you please do NOT valet your car. The closest nearby parking garage is Pi-Alley Garage, located 500 feet from the hotel at 275 Washington St, Boston MA 02108. Rates vary based on length of parking, time of day, and time of week. Can accommodate electric vehicles with charging stations through the ChargePoint network. Guests needing to charge their vehicle must self-park in this garage to use this service. See here for more information.

6:00pm-8:30pm - Clockworks Offsite Dinner at the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum. Please meet in the lobby by 5:15 PM to board the shuttles to head over to the JFK Museum for dinner and drinks!

For those looking for a nightcap, the Last Hurrah, Boston's famed whiskey bar at the Omni is open daily until midnight.

 Please meet in the lobby by 6:00 PM to board the shuttles to head over to the PKL for dinner, drinks, and some friendly competition.

• Claude overview, skills, connectors, projects, sharing, chat/cowork/code
• 9:30am - 11:30am - AI working session / breakouts
• Build a project, skill, or use a connector
• What work takes you the most time, is the most repetitive, or do you get asked to do over and over again? What information do people ask you for regularly? What interaction do you have time and again? Can AI help? Can you build tools to help do it or automate it?
• 11:30-12:30 pm – AI shareout / highlights
• We will invite people to present their work based on submissions
• 12:30-2:00 PM - Lunch and Team Meetings
  
• Open time for departments/account teams/groups to meet

Check out is 11am. Please make sure you check-out and pay any outstanding balance on your account. Clockworks Analytics will be covering all room charges and meals. All additional charges should be covered by the individual and should not be expensed. 

All flights home will be booked out of Logan Airport beginning after 2:30 PM. Please arrange an Uber/Lyft to get to Logan. If you have similar flight times as you co-workers we ask you to rideshare to the airport. Please be aware that the trip to the airport could take up to an hour from the hotel depending on Boston traffic.
