All RSVPs must be received by February 4th! Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot on the April trip.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What are my flight details?

We ask that you please do not book flights on your own. Executive Group Travel will be in touch to provide flight options and finalize the flight booking. You will be flying into Boston's Logan International Airport (BOS).

For those attending from the West Coast or International attendees, you are permitted to arrive on Monday, April 13th due to the length of travel. All other travelers will arrive by 12:00 PM on Tuesday, April 14th.

All departing flights will be on Thursday, April 16th after 2:30 PM.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I come early or extend my trip?

We have a limited amount of pre/post extensions. 

Please email Info@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com for extension requests at the discounted group rate. 

Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights. After 72 hours, any cancelled rooms will your responsibility to cover the cost of.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What should I pack?

This is a casual trip. Business casual dress for the meetings is required.

The average high temperatures in April in Boston is 55 degrees during the day and drops even colder at night. We will leaving the hotel for activities and dinners in the city, so be sure to dress warm and we recommend bringing the following:

  • Light Jacket for the evenings
  • Valid ID and Credit Card to provide hotel at check-in
  • Casual attire for all business meetings
  • For those who enjoy fitness we recommend bringing along gym clothes.
[fa icon="plus-square"] Should I book or pay for my hotel or flight?

The Hotel and Airfare are directly billed to the company and should not be reserved/paid by team members.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Is airport transportation provided for those flying into Boston?

Clockworks Analytics will cover the cost of all airport transfers in Boston, but will not be organizing transfers for attendees.  Please use uber/lyft and expense airport transfer costs following the event. The airport is just 10-15 minutes from the hotel, pending traffic.

Please grab an Uber or Lyft upon arrival to take you to the Omni Parker House. All Uber pickups at Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) have moved to the Central Parking garage. To reach the pickup locations, head upstairs to the elevated pedestrian walkways and follow signs for Central Parking/Ride App Pickups.

If you are arriving with co-workers we do ask to rideshare to the hotel together.

Please note that you can submit this expense for reimbursement after the trip.

[fa icon="plus-square"] I am driving in, where do I park for the event?

If you are traveling with a GPS, you must enter the 02108 ZIP code into your GPS device or you will be directed to another School Street in the Boston area. A second option is to request directions toward 45 Province Street, which is located directly next to the hotel.

We ask that you please do NOT Valet your car at the Omni Parker House. 

The closest nearby parking garage is Pi-Alley Garage, located 500 feet from the hotel at 275 Washington St, Boston MA 02108. Rates vary based on length of parking, time of day, and time of week. Can accommodate electric vehicles with charging stations through the ChargePoint network. Guests needing to charge their vehicle must self-park in this garage to use this service. See here for more information. 

The daily cost of parking may be expensed after the event.

There will be two options.

1.  Download the Trip Plans app that Executive Group Travel sends you, it will be hard to survive this trip without it. It provides everything from hotel confirmation # to flight details to airport transfer information!

2.  The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
