ARRIVING FROM LOGAN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT:
- Please grab an Uber or Lyft upon arrival to take you to Encore Boston Harbor. All Uber pickups at Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) have moved to the Central Parking garage. To reach the pickup locations, head upstairs to the elevated pedestrian walkways and follow signs for Central Parking/Ride App Pickups. The address of the hotel is 60 School St, Boston, MA 02108.
LOCAL BOSTON ATTENDEES ARRIVAL OPTIONS:
- Clockworks Analytics will cover the expense of an Uber or Lyft service to and from your home to the Omni Parker House.
- We ask that if you are driving in, please park in nearby parking garage in Pi-Alley Garage. The garage is located 500 feet from the hotel at 275 Washington St, Boston MA 02108. Rates vary based on length of parking, time of day, and time of week. See here for more information. Parking at Pi-Alley Garage will be reimbursable after the event.
- Please DO NOT Valet Park at the hotel as Clockworks Analytics will NOT be reimbursing for this parking expense.

- Weather: The average high temperatures in April in Boston is 55 degrees during the day and drops even colder at night. We will leaving the hotel for activities and dinners in the city, so be sure to bring a jacket for the evening activities.
